At Staples Printing, we strive for perfection in every order; however, if your custom printed products arrive damaged or contain manufacturing errors, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Due to the personalized nature of our inventory, items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and provide a brief reason for the request.
Upload Quality Proofs
For custom print errors or shipping damage, please upload high-resolution photos of the product issues to help our quality assurance team expedite your claim.
Pack and Label
Once your return is authorized, securely package the items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
Receive Refund or Reprint
After we inspect the returned goods, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or initiate a priority reprint of your order at no additional cost.
